American Or Fuck You!

Yes, this is our second comic about the car industry for those at home playing.

Now I have no problem with people buying American cars in an attempt to stimulate job growth. My problem lies in empty rhetoric like “You might as well be laying off the American autoworkers yourself and handing their paychecks to those foreign automakers personally.” when you don’t buy an “American” car. I’m sorry but any company that refuses to get in line with the future and produce cars that people want, deserve to go under.

Others say that it’s a pride thing, buying cars and parts stamped with ‘Made In America’ but fail to realize, GM, Ford and Dodge all produce parts ‘Made In Taiwan’ or has ‘Mexico Manufactured’ blazed all across them. This isn’t new phenomenon. It’s business as usual and the smarter consumer just ain’t buyin’ that bullshit no mo’.
